You agree that you are personally responsible up to $2,500 out of pocket, to cover ANY damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible, you also agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages; no later than 24 hours from the trips end time. 2. You agree to provide a copy of your drivers license, and a CLEAR photo of yourself holding your license besides your face for identity confirmation. 3. You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts; including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4. You agree to IMMEDIATELY FILE A POLICE REPORT in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy reporting all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5. You agree that you are responsible for curb rash applied to the vehicles' wheels in between the check-in and check-out times of renting. Curb rash under 3"inches will result in a fee of $250, and over 3"inches will result in a fee of a full replacement of the wheel. 6. You agree to bring the vehicle back at the tank level it was received in. Failure to do so will result in a Fee of $60 7. You agree that if you do any burn-outs, you will be fully responsible for the replacement of rear tires. 8. Any form of speeding will result in first a warning, than a fee of $100 if continued. This is to ensure the safety of the guest, other drivers, and likewise the vehicle being rented. 9. You agree that if you pop a tire, you will reimburse the damage by paying double the cost of a brand new tire, replacing the one that has been damaged while the vehicle was booked. 10. You agree that you will automatically pay a cleaning fee of $35 for a car wash. 11. You agree to bring the vehicle back at the same gas level or pay a fee to bring it back to the level it was rented at. BE AWARE OF ALL GUIDELINE RULES AND AGREEMENTS⚠️ ⚠️IN THE EVENT THE CAR SMELLS, LOOKS, DRIVES, OR IS LEFT IN ANY CONDITION WORSE THEN HOW THE GUEST RECEIVED IT, THERE WILL BE FEES ATTACHED TO EACH DAMAGE OF THE VEHICLE, AND A REIMBURSEMENT MUST BE FULLFILLED. ⚠️SPEEDING IN THE VEHICLE WILL RESULT IN A WARNING, EXCESSIVE SPEEDING WILL REQUIRE THE HOST TO CHARGE A $100 FEE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE GUEST AND THE VEHICLE.
