Great looking 2007 Audi A4 Quattro with all-wheel drive that lends to easy driving. Can coordinate flexible pickup and drop off arrangements. Up to 30 mpg. Please note the car is not equipped with an EZPass transponder. Please don't use the EZ pass toll lanes unless you bring your own EZ pass transponder. Toll and parking violations are each subject to a $3 administrative fee. Requests to shorten the reservation during the trip will not be honored, but dropping off the car early can be coordinated. Trip extensions during the trip may be possible if the car is available. Please make sure the car is clean and in the same condition upon return. Please reserve times carefully. If the car is not checked out within 30 minutes of its checkout time, Turo will be notified and overage charges may be applied. In the case we are not available to meet you for check-in / check-out, there is the option of using a lockbox. We will notify you in advance if a lockbox is required for your trip. Instructions are below to give you an idea of the process. Pick Up: 1) BEGIN TURO APP CHECK-IN: Take DETAILED pics of the front, back, driver side and passenger side (NO LESS THAN 6 PHOTOS), include any noticeable prior EXTERIOR damages. Add 1 pic of your VALID drivers license. Upload pics to the trip library in the Turo app. 2) To get the key from the lockbox, message us via the Turo app to get the code after you have uploaded all photos. 3) We will respond with the lockbox code through the Turo app. 4) Locate the lockbox on the driver’s side window. Unfold the rubber cover to expose the keypad. Make sure to press the Clear button down and release before entering in the code (Clear button is located between the 0 and * key). Once you’ve entered the code, press down on the silver tab, and pull open the lockbox to retrieve the key. 5) Once inside take a pic of the dashboard, making sure it shows the odometer, gas level, and mileage (you may need to put the key in the ignition). Make note of any noticeable prior INTERIOR damage and upload photos to the trip library. You're all set! Drop off: 1) BEGIN TURO APP CHECK-OUT: Park and take a pic of the dashboard (making sure it shows the odometer, gas level, and mileage) and DETAILED pics of front, back, driver side and passenger side of vehicle and upload to the trip library in the Turo app (NO LESS THAN 6 PHOTOS). 2) Take a picture of where you parked and upload to Turo shared photos. Please also message us where you have parked. 3) Turn the key to “accessories” mode and roll down driver’s side window. 4) Mount lockbox on window and roll window back up. 5) Input code to reopen the lockbox, place the key in the lockbox, and close the lockbox. To close it, you will have to re-enter the code, then press down on the silver tab as you close it. 6) Please make sure the doors are locked. TAKE PICTURE OF CLOSED LOCKBOX. 7) Confirm in writing no damage while vehicle in your possession and notify us through the app when you're all done. Your trip is now complete!

Sherry and her boyfriend were very nice and pleasant. The main problem that I had concerning my trip was the car battery. In the beginning the car wouldn’t start so Sherry let me sit in her apartment until her boyfriend came to jump the car (about a hr and a half later). That was fine. The problem began when I had the car for 3 days and I literally wasn’t able to turn the car off and on without having to jump it. That was very inconvenient for me because part of my trip I wasn’t able to use the car at all. I tried to contact Turo but no answer. Then when I went to return the car the coolant light came on. So I wasn’t able to put the gas back in before I returned the car because I would’ve had to turn the car off to put the liquid in but if I turned the car off I wouldn’t have been able to start it. So I didn’t appreciate the fact I had to pay for another full day and gas reimbursement when it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t put gas in the car before returning it.. I feel like I should’ve been refunded half of my trip due to the inconvenience and problems I had the entire time. Once again the hosts are really nice people (they even got me a bottle of wine for my birthday) but I don’t think the car should be available to drive until the battery is completely fixed.

Thanks for the review and handling the situation. As mentioned, the battery issues were not problematic until your trip unfortunately-previous trip ended <24 hours of yours with NO issues. Batteries drain; I suggested calling Turo to cancel/assist you in finding another car. You declined, so we acted asap to get you on the road. Tank was returned 1/2, but I requested for gas reimbursement lower than cost, like we agreed. Please review Turo’s policy before your next trip, there are no 'free days'

Great option!! Vehicle was in very good condition and very good on MPG! Also, Sherry made my experience a great one, she was very communicative, polite and above all very proactive toward providing you with on the road items you may need for the car ( even sanitizing equipment). Totally recommend her and this vehicle.
