No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the vehicle to maintain its cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Fuel: Please return the vehicle with a full gas tank, as it was provided. A refueling fee may apply if not returned in full. Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle clean during your trip. Excessive dirt, stains, or trash may result in a cleaning fee. Food & Drinks: While snacks and drinks are okay, please avoid messy or spill-prone items. Speed Bumps & Rough Terrain: To protect your vehicle from unnecessary wear, be mindful of speed bumps and avoid driving on rough, unpaved roads. Passenger Limit: The car seats up to 5 passengers. For safety reasons, please don’t exceed the seating capacity. Prohibited Uses: Racing, off-roading.

• Am I allowed to enter Fort Moore?

  If you don't have a military ID, no worries! Just swing by the visitor center(google maps, Fort Moore Visitor Center), and they’ll be happy to help you get a pass to enter the post. Enjoy your visit!

• Can I drop it off at the Columbus airport?

  Yes, please let me know in advance.

• Does the car have Bluetooth and GPS?

  Yes! The Jaguar XE has Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto for your convenience. GPS is available through your phone’s navigation apps.

• What is the fuel policy?

  The car must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up. A refueling fee will apply if it’s returned with less fuel.

• What happens if I damage the car?

  All damages must be reported immediately through the Turo app. You are responsible for any damages not covered by Turo’s protection plan

• Can I extend my rental?

  Yes! If you need to extend your trip, please request an extension through Turo as soon as possible so I can approve it.

• Do I need to clean the car before returning it?

  The car should be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Light dirt is okay, but excessive dirt, stains, or trash may result in a cleaning fee per Turo’s policies.

• Can I use the car for ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft?

  No, this vehicle cannot be used for ridesharing services or any commercial activities per Turo’s policy.

• What is the mileage limit?

  The rental includes 200 miles per day. If you need extra miles, please contact me before your trip, and we may be able to arrange something. Excess mileage will incur a per-mile fee.

• What type of fuel does the Jaguar XE use?

  This Jaguar XE runs on premium gasoline (91+ octane only). Please provide a receipt showing premium gas was used when returning the car.

• Can I take the car out of state?

  The car is allowed for use within Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Please notify me if you plan to travel long distances.

• Is this car available for delivery?

  No

• Are tolls included?

  No, tolls are not included.

• Do you offer child seats?

  I do not currently provide child seats. However, you are welcome to bring your own.

• Are pets or smoking allowed in the car?

  No pets and no smoking/vaping are allowed inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged if there are any signs of smoking or pet hair.
