If I could give -5 stars for Oleg and Turo, I would. I was charged a cancelation fee of 2 days (~$100) by I was 30 minutes late picking up the vehicle. It was pouring down rain that day, I was coming from Alabama, and having to TRY to get an Uber/Lyft to pick me up can be difficult enough even without the global pandemic causing a driver shortage. Then, when I wanted to extend my rental for 2 additional days at the end of my trip I was told that I was not able to, bc Turo has deemed me "ineligible." And why, you ask? Because I have a foul mouth and cussed out a Diamond Support agent for refusing to refund me the $100 cancellation fee. Turo, as a company, is a pretty, money hungry, fee based bitch to work with. I'll never, and I mean NEVER, give them another dime of my money. Sure, they have cooler options than Hertz or Budget, but when you think about customer service, just realize that YOU ARE NOT THEIR CUSTOMER; THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY ARE WATCHING OUT FOR IS THE VEHICLE OWNER, NOT YOU. They will nickel and dime you so hard with no apologies and no remorse.
