Good morning , for this vehicle you select a pick up in my address 428 Pine Crescent Way Pensacola florida 32506. This is an Airbnb house owned by me. However this vehicle is located in the back of the house . It is a two entrance home. Please don't knock the door. Airbnb renters don't like be interrupted. Day time is easy to see a sidewalk next to the little lake . Just walk around by the sidewalk . GPS or uber will always take you to the front of the house . So that's why I'm giving you this instruction. During night time , use your phone flashlight to find this sidewalk. Car will be parked in the back of the house and a black lockbox will be attach to the window. Please after recieve the code, remove lockbox and put it in center console or glove box. It can break the glass if you forget. When you check out , leave the key inside the car and lock it . We have spare key. Maybe or may not I will be there . If I'm there please have ready your drive license ( foreign or USA 🇺🇸) , if I'm not there due covid 19, I will do a contactless checking. Contactless check in : you need to upload two pictures becuase TURO regulation . If you have question I can be more than happy to send you a screenshot of those regulation. *in less than 24 hr or in the moment you are in the car , please upload your driver license by clicking "details" and after that find " trip photo" (click) and "add photo". Order vary depending of type of phone ( I have iPhone 11). *Second photo is your face next to your drive license (no under , no top or even in your chest ) By Turo new rules, you are allow to cover last 5 digits of your driver license. I will check those photos and send you the code of the lockbox after I see them . If you have doubt or your drive license expire already please don't wait until last minute to let me know . Turo sometimes allow others documents case by case . You have until two hour before reservation is over to do extension . After that , Turo app block the option for extend . Finally, thank you for your business and please return vehicle on time , read my FAQ and avoid late fee, improper return fee, additional use fee , inconvenience fee or others fees Turo may charge you .

🐶 I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Any smell or residue will incur a $50 to $150 smoking fee. 🏎️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you if you dont buy the extra pre paid fuel. ⏰ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip. I will try my best to accommodate your BEFORE your trip ends. 💦 I will provide you a car clean before each rental. Please respect the next guest by bringing it back washed, and vacuumed. A cleaning fee charge will apply for not bringing the car back clean or smelling of smoke ***** If you are in a car accident and car need repair, take the car to Gulf Coast Body Shop located in 3562 Fairfield Dr Pensacola FL 32506 // Phone (850) 549-5344, and avoid get charge for storage in a wreck yard, no matter what the toll truck guy said to you, it will be cheap if you take it to my authorized body shop place. Take plenty of pictures and upload them in Turo trip photos.

  • Do I need to clean the Hyundai Elantra?

    The Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee (start $25.00) If the car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest purchasing the post-trip cleaning option which is only about $20 for most cars.   • Who paid for parking fee in the airport ?

    Renter will paid for parking fees in Pensacola airport. Renter will find information about those cost using airport website or calling airport before arrive . Lack of knowledge or ignorance is not an excuse.

  • Why my car have a cover seat?

    Our experience show us renters have sometimes too much fun and alcohol dont mix very well with food. So we prefer use cover seat for the event of a renter get sick and damage temporally one of our seat. WE can not offer you a special cover seat meet your specials need. We offer standards cover seat. We suggest review the photos and see if those cover seat meet your standards.

  • Can you waiver a late fee return?

    Yes, as long as it is a good communication between us. I will waiver any late return fee shorter than 2 hr via TURO platform as long as the vehicle is returned in clean conditions (100%)

  • Can you delivery to any military base?

    Yes, we can , however you need to communicate us what barrack you want us to go . And be very specific with this location . Example: delivery the car next to Portside. It is two parking area next to Portside. One closer to sick call and one closer to the taxi area.

  • Why I have to pay for a delivery fee?

    Most of our delivery occur in Pensacola airport . We are not locate in this Airport and our delivery driver must uber back to our office . Usually the cost of Uber for us is $25 . We need take two Uber , one after delivery is done and one to go to the airport and pick up the car . Example: if you rent our vehicle for 3 days , after Turo fees we will received just $72.00 and minus cost of Uber , our profit will be $22.00. It is not worth it .

  • I don’t like the cover seats. Can I remove them ?

    Yes you can remove them , however you must put them back before you return the vehicle . Maybe it will be a cost fee to forget put them back .

  • What if car have a malfunction?

    My first message when you rent my vehicle is a open disclosure of what phone number from Turo any renter can use or contact me immediately if any of my vehicle have malfunction or it doesn’t do what supposed to do. I will make sure you get a full refund or if I have a car available, no matter if it is more expensive than what you have now, I will put you in that car. However, I hate people with lack of honestly. If you broke a piece of my extra devices I put in all my cars as courtesy, I will make sure you paid for it . Using the excuse of car malfunction in the end of your trip won’t save you to paid for what you broke. Be honest because I am very honest and transparent.

  • What if I break a part of the vehicle ?

    Turo regulation are very clear in this matter . After an incident occurred, the piece of the car was broke need to be in the car , so a qualify technician can examine and determine if it was a damage due lack of maintenance. Remember the vehicle belong to the owner and renter is accountable for losing any of the car devices or parts. Example : a flat tire occurs , you need to keep old tire and return vehicle with all 4 tires plus tire you just buy.

  • What if car get automatically locked with key inside ?

    Keep your key with you all the time or you will need call lock smith at your own expenses . Owner won’t cover it and/or be responsible for that.

  • I had a traffic ticket didn’t pay , what is next ?

    We will paid the ticket when we got notified, however you will be billed the cost and maybe incurre in Turo fees for collect money .

  • Why if i dont read your first instruction via turo message?

    Well, this question answer itself. The big message you will receive via turo message is my compress of everything this Turo website have. If you don't read it, I am sure you will ask me questions when you are next to the car. Remember we don't do face to face due covid. So you will have to wait until message arrive to your phone. If you are in the hurry, the only person to blame you late for your appointment is YOU and only you. I send this first message one min before after you finish you booking. Just few people make reservations with just hours ahead of the time. Majority of guests make reservations 2, 3 or 4 weeks in advances and some people even 2 month in advance. If you dont read this message or/and ask me question, again the only person to blame is YOU.
