Worst rental car experience in my life. Car I rented was not available, it was promised to be switched on Monday(picked up on Saturday). And the vehicle I received did not function correctly (top did not go down). Car was replaced, not with the one in the picture as advertised, on Tuesday. Asked Joseph to make sure my parking pass was transferred to the replacement vehicle, did not happen, I had to pay another $58. Asked Joseph for a $200 reimbursement his reply was”will let you know when processed”. I have heard nothing. Not sure if I can ever use Turo again. I still feel I should be reimbursed the $200. Maybe I can get it from Turo and they can take it from Joseph. Only reason there is one star is I thought I had to do something. He deserves no stars.

Chuck is upset about a parking pass. But losing his parking pass is not mine or Turo’s responsibility. He used this review as retaliation for not agreeing to pay his $58 parking fee. He asked for and received a discount for the convertible top malfunction. But it turned out that he broke the trunk handle $(168 repair) - causing the electronic top malfunction. I would never do business with him again, and would recommend other hosts be aware of this behavior.

Joe was amazing 👏 Our flight was canceled, and we were able to book another for the same day, but at the other airport. He was quick to respond and make arrangements. The car was extremely clean and well taken care of. We will definitely reserve with him on all our trips to the Destin area!
