No Speeding All local speed limits and traffic laws must be strictly followed. Excessive speeding or reckless driving will result in a fine and possible removal from Turo. 3. No Smoking Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged up to $250 if smoke odor or residi's detected. 3. No Smoking Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged up to $250 if smoke odor or residue is detected. 4. Toll and Traffic Violations Any tolls, parking tickets, or traffic infractions incurred during your trip are your responsibility.
