What happens if I get a flat tire, dead battery, or locked out of the vehicle?
I provide 24/7 roadside assistance through my insurance. Please notify me ASAP if a situation like this occurs so you can get back on the road!
What happens if the vehicle gets in an accident or generally damaged?
Please call 911 first if emergency responders are needed. Call me with the cell phone number provided through Turo to notify of what happened and how to move forward with everything.
What happens if I get pulled over?
There is a white envelope in the glove compartment in front of the passenger seat. In that envelope are proof of commercial insurance and vehicle registration. You will also need to show proof that you are legally renting our vehicle which the Turo app can provide.
Can renters go out of state in this vehicle?
Absolutely! Keep in mind there is a mileage cap of 250 miles per day you are in the rental. If the total amount of miles are more than the 250 mile daily cap, a fee of $0.26 per mile will be charged according to the excess miles.
