Guidelines
Please treat our vehicle like it is your own. We know accidents happen, but you will be responsible for any damages during your trip, including tires, interior, scratches, etc. No Tobacco, Smoking or Vaping allowed. $250 fee for any ash or smoke scent in the seats or vehicle. Please be mindful of time when you return the vehicle, as Turo maximizes scheduling. Sometimes the next guest trip will start within the hour after your trip and we will have very little time to prepare it for the next guest. If you are running late, please let us know ASAP. We can not extend trips on our end, you will have to do it in the app, if it doesn't allow you to, it's probably because the vehicle is already booked for someone else. We strive to give you the best experience here in Oahu, so if there is any tips or things needed during your trip, please don't hesitate to ask.
Faqs
Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas?
Yes. Unless you paid for prepaid fuel ( Under Extras). Failure to return with a full tank will result in $10 surcharge plus missing gas.
What happens if the vehicle gets towed or a ticket?
It will be your responsibility to get it out of the impound lot ASAP. If I have to go pick up the vehicle, all charges associated with the towing of the vehicle will be charged to you plus a $150 inconvenience fee. It will be your responsibility to pay for any tickets during your trip. please notify us so we can get them paid or you can pay via the website ASAP as they will stop us from renewing the registration. Turo will back date tickets to your account.
I lost/broke/water damage the key fob, what do I do?
Cost of the key will be charged to the guest plus $150 inconvenience fee and plus any towing fees if vehicle needs to be towed. We do have spare keys for vehicles, but it will be on you to pay for the new key, They usually cost $125-300 depending on the type of key.
Do I need to clean/wash the car at the end of my trip?
Yes. Unless you paid for post trip cleaning (Under Extras). Per Turo cleaning policy, return vehicle in the same clean condition given to you or minimum of $35 cleaning fee will be applied. We aren't too picky, but sand is the hardest to clean in the vehicles and if there is excess sand we will charge a $75 fee to clean so we can prepare the car for the next guest.
What kind of gas does this vehicle use?
Just Regular 87 is fine.

Anthony was friendly, courteous, and professional. Always replied to questions in a timely manner. Car was conveniently delivered at airport for me. Overall I would rent from Anthony again.

Convenient location not too far from Honolulu airport. Vehicle was clean, fueled, and ready to go when I arrived to pick up. Anthony was helpful and responsive when communticating through messaging in the app. Overall very satisfied with this experience and would be happy to be a repeat customer.
