Please treat our vehicle like it is your own. We know accidents happen, but you will be responsible for any damages during your trip, including tires, interior, scratches, etc. No Tobacco, Smoking or Vaping allowed. $250 fee for any ash or smoke scent in the seats or vehicle. Please be mindful of time when you return the vehicle, as Turo maximizes scheduling. Sometimes the next guest trip will start within the hour after your trip and we will have very little time to prepare it for the next guest. If you are running late, please let us know ASAP. We can not extend trips on our end, you will have to do it in the app, if it doesn't allow you to, it's probably because the vehicle is already booked for someone else. We strive to give you the best experience here in Oahu, so if there is any tips or things needed during your trip, please don't hesitate to ask.

• Do I need to clean/wash the car at the end of my trip?

  Yes. Please remove all trash and personal belongings in the car and to vacuum inside. Any excessive sand or dirt in the vehicle Turo will charge a cleaning fee determined on how dirty the inside of the vehicle is.

• What kind of gas does this vehicle use?

  Just Regular 87 is fine.

• I lost/broke/water damage the key fob, what do I do?

  Cost of the key will be charged to the guest plus $150 inconvenience fee and plus any towing fees if vehicle needs to be towed. We do have spare keys for vehicles, but it will be on you to pay for the new key, They usually cost $125-300 depending on the type of key.

• Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas?

  Yes. Unless you paid for prepaid fuel ( Under Extras). Failure to return with a full tank will result in $10 surcharge plus missing gas.
