Pickups/Drop off are usually done in person but when bookings are weekends, early morning or late night contactless pickup will be required. It's just as easy and only requires a few more steps that I will gladly guide you through. You will have to upload two photos to the trip photos section here on Turo. One is a close up of your driver's license, you can obscure the first few digits of your license for your safety. Second is a photo of yourself holding your license next to your face. Once you have uploaded those photos and 15m before your trip i will give you the code to the lock box that will be on the door handle. Please remove lockbox from car door handle before departing and store in the vehicle.
