$55/trip
If you pass through a toll during your trip, no worries! The toll will be automatically billed to the vehicle’s account. Once the charge posts, I’ll send you a copy of the receipt and request reimbursement through the Turo app. You won’t need to do anything until you receive that notification.
No problem! If you're short on time, you can return the car as is. To avoid Turo’s additional $10 convenience fee, you’re welcome to reimburse me directly for the fuel. I accept cash, Cash App, or Venmo. I’ll simply send you the fuel receipt, and you can choose the option that’s easiest for you!
The car should be returned in the same clean condition you received it in. Light dirt or dust is okay, but excessive mess, stains, or odors may result in a cleaning fee.
Please let me know as soon as possible. You can extend your trip through the app. Unapproved late returns may be subject to fees, so communication is key!

We have rented with Turo many times and have been happy with all our hosts but Ciera was far and away the best! Communication was prompt and she met us right at airport arrival doors and then again when we departed. Couldn’t have been easier! She’s the best!
