How do I find a supercharger?
Clicking on the map on the center touchscreen will present an option menu in the upper right corner of the display; then, you can click on the lightning icon, which will bring up all of the superchargers in the area. NOTE: Navigating to a supercharger will precondition the battery for faster charging.
Does the vehicle need to be returned with a full charge?
It would be considerate for you to return it to the same level that we dropped it off at; however, we don’t require it but do ask it’s not returned with less than 20%.
How long is the range of this Model 3 Long Range?
The EPA estimated range for this car is 305 miles but do plan on charging before reaching 0. We require the car not go below 10%, so do plan to charge accordingly.
Can I charge the car by other means besides a Tesla supercharger?
Yes, you can charge the car using the provided adapter at other EV chargers; however, it does not charge as fast as the Tesla superchargers.
Does the vehicle have child protective and assistive features?
Yes it does! This 2018 Model 3 Long Range has window and door child locks. Along with attachments in the back seat for a child’s car seat.
How tech-savvy do I need to be to drive the car safely?
It helps, but you don’t need to be tech-savvy to operate the vehicle. It has physical buttons for all main controls (like drive, reverse, park, and mirrors). You can also use voice commands to interact with the car without needing to use the touchscreen.

No, driving a Tesla is a completely unique experience, however, it is easy to learn how to drive and you will quickly fall in love with all of its great features.
