Our vehicles are Non-Smoking and Non-Pet Friendly. Please refrain from smoking of any kind including vaping in the vehicle as additional cleaning fees may apply per the Turo policy. Additional cleaning fees will also apply to removing any pet hair or pet odors from the vehicle. Car Seats and Booster seats may be rented on a per trip basis and should be returned with the vehicle in their original condition. Due to liability issues, WE WILL NOT INSTALL the car seats or booster seats, we will place them inside the vehicle for you to secure to your level of safety satisfaction. We hope that you understand. You are not required to wash the car during your rental, however you have access to any Take 5 carwash nationwide and can enter the wash at no charges using the window sticker. Please note that we ask you to return the vehicle in a similar condition as you received it an excessive trash and dirt will incur additional cleaning fees that will be billed to you.

• How do I handle Tolls, Parking Violations, and Tickets?

  You are responsible for paying any tolls or tickets incurred during your rental period. We offer toll transponders for convenience that will track your toll road usage and bill to you after your trip is completed.

• What happens if I have an accident or breakdown?

  Make sure that everyone is in safe location and not in need of emergency medical attention. Then contact Turo’s customer support immediately. They will guide you through the process and provide assistance.

• What is the fuel policy?

  We require you to return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up which should be a full tank of regular unleaded gas. Optional prepaid fueling is also available that will enable you to return the vehicle at ANY fuel level. Check the trip details for specific instructions.

• Is insurance included in the rental?

  Turo offers various protection plans that you can choose from when booking. The cost and coverage vary depending on the plan selected.

• Can I rent a child safety seat or booster seat?

  Yes, Car Seats and Booster seats may be rented on a per trip basis and should be returned with the vehicle in their original condition. If you need multiple car seats please let us know. • What Documents Do I need to Provide?

  You need a valid driver’s license and may need to verify your identity with additional documents like a passport or utility bill.

• Can I take the car out of state?

  Yes, you may travel freely within the continental United States during your rental period. However, be mindful of the daily mileage limits associated with your rental agreement. Additional mileage is charged on a per mile basis.

• Can I add additional drivers?

  Yes, you can add additional drivers during the booking process. They must also meet Turo’s eligibility requirements.

• Can I extend my rental period?

  Yes, you can request an extension through the Turo app or website. As long as no other renter had already reserved the vehicle during your extension period, the extension will be approved. It is very important to enter your extension / trip change, in the app as soon as possible to avoid any issues with the vehicle being double booked.
