I booked a car for a month and had to return before even 48 hours passed. The car I got was not as pictured. There were spare tire rims, the horn was broken, I️t smelled like cigarettes, there was extensive scratches, and part of the bumper was held together by tape. When I asked the host he stated the previous guest damaged the vehicle and he was waiting for him to pay him. He accused me of being a scammer and asked to discuss in person. Turo told me not to do this and call the police if he tried to confront me. Horrible experience. Do NOT book and do not trust.

Do you understand people renting a car not buying a car here on Turo! All the cars have some marks and damage because this is the people like you driving our cars! This you first rent on Turo and I hope the last because you not deserve to be part of Turo!

We had a great first experience with the host Nad. We chose a 2013 model car and for it's age, it was in good condition. The host has definitely looked after the interiors. Nad is super easy to deal with, he texts and picks up phone calls immediately. He was also really understanding when we had to change the check out time which I very much appreciated.
