Van was spotless, pickup was easy.
We drove from Denver to Whitefish MT - with stops at Yellowstone and Big Sky along the way. The kids loved the van and were able to take naps in comfort between playing video games and watching movies on the huge tv.
The rear fold down seat was the perfect place to actually lay down and get a couple hours of sleep to split up the driving between my wife and I.
No complaints whatsoever -

Car was great for our group. The running boards did not work, but other than that the car is as advertised. The cargo addition in the back made backing up a little harder but the technology in the vehicle helped greatly!

The van was delivered to me by the owner and explanations about all the features was given which was so nice and helpful! Van was great- so comfortable, easy to drive. I had a couple of lights come on I wasn’t sure about but the host responded immediately and was very helpful (it wasn’t anything important). The pick up was also free and easy!! Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the van and the great customer service!

My family rented the van for a road trip from CO to TX (4 days on the road total). We had room for my 11-year old to use the rear bench seat as his personal comfy couch, and 4 adults, a baby, and dog each had their own roomy seat as well. The exterior storage held all of our luggage easily so that we had plenty of room for coolers, snacks, and everyone's personal entertainment items at hand.
We were able to watch movies together (dvd and streaming), and watch a live basketball game on the TV. A few more things that we loved - we were all able to stand up fully (preventing claustrophobia); plenty of usb ports, cup holders, and storage pockets; shades on the windows and cool interior lighting; latch anchors for the baby's carseat; comfortable, adjustable seating.
Most importantly, the van was easy to drive. Visibility was great all around and the rear camera helped with backing. Although it is much bigger than my usual vehicle, I did not find it to be intimidating. Thomas and Rick were available to answer any questions although everything went really well and we had no problems. This van really made our road time enjoyable and would 100% rent again!

Van was spotless, pickup was easy.

Car was great for our group. The running boards did not work, but other than that the car is as advertised. The cargo addition in the back made backing up a little harder but the technology in the vehicle helped greatly!
