Eating any food, i.e. MacDonalds, In and Out, Panda Express, etc... that could possibly drip and/or leave stains in the vehicle is NOT allowed. Dry snacks and chips, basically anything that can easily be vacuumed is okay. Thank you for your understanding! I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. Thank you for your understanding! Absolutely NO smoking or drugs. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. I will try to ensure that the car is cleaned before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fees charge will apply for bringing the car back excessively dirty or smelling of smoke. You are Solely responsible for all toll fees and tickets during your travel!!!!! Per Turo’s Terms of Service, I am informing you that this vehicle has a tracking device installed for insurance purposes. (Apple AirTag or Other)

• What type of gas should I choose when refueling?

  Premium 91 octane gas only please.

• Can I bring my pet in the car?

  Unfortunately, No. Pet cleanup in between renters would be too time consuming and cause an added cleaning fee and/or possibly a $100 surcharge for vehicle unavailability. Also, any damage incurred by the pets; ie. bite marks, claw marks, etc… would not be covered by insurance and would be billed directly to you. Thank you for your understanding!

• Your vehicle is equipped with a Toll Pass. Do I still have to pay for the tolls?

  Yes. The Toll Pass Transponder basically mitigates having to pay the $30 penalty fee so you will only be billed for the toll. Also, since I have installed the physical transponder and not just the sticker, certain Toll Roads may be discounted.

• Does your car have a tracker?

  Yes. Trackers are needed for insurance and in the unlikely case I need to pick up the car because of customer abandonment.

• Can I use your vehicle as a driver for Uber/Lift or other ride sharing platforms?

  NO, you may NOT use my vehicle as a driver for Uber/Lift or any ride sharing platform. It is against Turo’s Terms of Service and it would cause my vehicle’s insurance plan to be voided if I gave permission for drivers of any ride sharing platforms to use my vehicle for that purpose. Please see Turo’s Terms of Service for more info on prohibited uses.

• Can I eat in the car?

  Please do NOT eat any food that could drip or leave stains in my vehicle. Accidents happen, and food stains, smells and spills could lead to costly cleaning fees. Up to, but not limited to, lost revenue because of possible cancellation of the next renter and/or vehicle unavailability. On long road trips, I understand that snacking is part of the fun! Chips, candies, and other snacks that can be easily vacuumed is okay.

• Will the car be disinfected?

  Yes, the car will be disinfected as per Turo's guidelines.

• Can I smoke/vape in the vehicle?

  Absolutely NOT! Any signs of smoking/vaping (smell, ash, vape juice spills) will incur a cleaning fee at current market price plus $100 surcharge for vehicle unavailability for that day.

• Can I use your vehicle for a delivery service like GrubHub, Uber-eats, etc…

  No, like ride-sharing platforms, you may not use my vehicle to deliver/transport food, groceries, or any other product through a delivery platform like those named above or other like service. Please see Turo’s Terms of Service for more info on prohibited uses.

• Do I need to wash the car upon return?

  When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that there's no damage. Dirt & bugs are fine you don't have to wash the car unless it's covered in mud.
