Do you offer Hotel Delivery or Guest location Delivery?
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery and pickup to the set locations in the Turo listing and Hotel or guest location within 25 miles. If you require delivery and pickup at a different location or location over 25 miles from our home location we can offer this service limited within the boroughs of The Bronx, Queens and Manhattan of NYC, Westchester County, in New York State along with Bergen County and Hudson County in New Jersey. Please contact us with your delivery address for delivery and pickup rates. Delivery fees are billed through Turo.
Are tolls charges included in my rental?
No. While the vehicle is equipped with a transponder; toll charges are NOT included in the advertised rate or the included miles. Tolls are billed via the Turo platform post completion of your trip.
Can I smoke in the car?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! If there is any indication of cigarette or marijuana smoke or vape in the vehicle, you will be assessed a $150 cleaning fee through Turo as per Turo's policies.
Can I extend my trip or book a long term reservation?
Yes. Trips may be extended based on vehicle availability and long term reservations are supported. Feel free to make a trip booking and send us a message to work with you on extensions and long term rentals managed through the trip modification option ones booked.
