Sasha was so easy to work with and made the pick up and drop off so easy. The car was in great condition I would definitely rent from her again.

Communication about vehicle was very poor. I could see my messages were being read but no response when trying to extend trip before and after pickup.

If the vehicle it’s not available thru the app then it’s not available. And even though you sent me a message at 9:52am, the day of return, and your return time was 10:00am. Letting me know that you “were cleaning the car” and would be 45 minutes late. In reality you were like 3 hours late. AND I DID NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, to be nice when I should have. Have a beautiful life.
