All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car listed on Turo. Cleaning and disinfection policy for Guests
You aren’t expected to clean or disinfect the car before returning it to your host. However, if you return the car in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, your host can report the issue to Turo. When they do, the customer support team will review the evidence. If it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150 plus a 3% processing fee. In some circumstances and at our full discretion, we may also remove you from Turo. Eligible cleaning issues A host can report and charge a violation fee for the following issues: Biowaste or bodily fluids Spills or waste that requires cleaning inside of vents or between the door panel and window Major stains or residue that covers a large area of the vehicle’s interior and would require steam cleaning or a full detail An extreme amount of caked on mud, dirt, sand, or insects that requires professional-level exterior detailing Significant amounts of pet hair

Car had a maintenance light on that wouldn’t turn off, but other than that it was relatively smooth ride and good on gas. Paying $14 for parking after having the car for 30 seconds wasn’t a nice surprise either. It was alright, budget car if you need it
The maintenance light you noticed was due to a recent alternator replacement. I informed you about this immediately & mentioned that my scanner couldn't reset the light. However, the car was fully serviced and safe to drive.
The airport parking fee is something I can't control. As stated in the initial message to all guests, the parking fee is not included in the reservation cost.
This review appears to be in retaliation for the speeding notifications I received during your trip.
