Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off location is located in a Publix Supermarket plaza on Narcoossee road (15 minutes from Orlando International Airport) I also offer vehicle pick-up at MCO and nearby hotels adjacent to the Orlando International Airport.

🔑PICK-UP & DROP-OFF I provide contactless pick-up & drop-off. You will receive detailed instructions after your reservation is confirmed. Please do not lose vehicle key. If lost, a replacement fee of $350 will be incurred. 💰 TOLLS Car does have a SUN PASS device for tolls and it is attached to the vehicle which cannot be removed. If you pay cash for Tolls, you are still responsible for paying anything reflected on my transponder. I do not recommend using your own transponder since you may be charged twice. You will be charged at the end of the trip for any charges incurred. (Transponder ID: 046133111010) 🚗VEHICLE CLEANLINESS/🐕‍🦺 NO PETS POLICY Vehicle is professionally detailed and sanitized right before every reservation. I kindly ask renters to return the vehicle clean and without trash inside the car. 🚭 NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. If smoking odor is apparent after your trip, you will be subject to a $300 fee and a negative review that can get you banned from the marketplace. If the vehicle is found to be unreasonably dirty (food, spills, trash, etc.) or there is evidence of pets or damage upon return, you may be subject to a cleaning fee up to $150 and/or responsible for costs of damage. ⛽GAS Vehicle must be returned with a FULL TANK of gas. If vehicle runs out of gas and needs to be towed, there will be a $250 charge for the host to come out and supervise tow to prevent damage by tow company. 📩 Renters are fully responsible for all tickets, garage parking, and parking fees during the trip. ❌ Car cannot be taken outside of Florida. Car is equipped with a GPS device. If vehicle is recognized to be outside of Florida, you will be subject to pay a $300 fee.

• How do I pick-up the vehicle?

  Very easy and convenient! 😀 You will receive detailed instructions after your reservation is confirmed. I provide contactless pick-up & drop-off. Simply upload photos of your driver's license, state of the vehicle to document condition, gas and mileage. To access the keys to the vehicle, you'll have to use the window lock box. Once your drivers license is verified, the code to the lock box will be provided to you upon arrival to your pick-up location. 🚨 IMPORTANT: You MUST have a valid drivers license. The name on the drivers license must match the name on your reservation, otherwise the car will not be provided to you. Primary driver must be present at pick-up and drop-off.

• How do I drop-off the vehicle?

  Vehicle needs be returned to the same location it was picked up with a full tank of gas. Once there, simply upload photos of state of the vehicle to document condition, gas and mileage. Utilize the window lock box on the front door where you can return the key. Please make sure to checkout on the Turo app before you lock the car.

• How do I pay for tolls?
