Description

Bored of ordinary gas cars? Ready for an exciting ride? Welcome to the next generation of transportation, it's extraordinary. Four reasons to choose our Tesla. 1) Location. Just a brief 15 minute drive from the Tampa International Airport ~ $20 Uber. Plus we deliver anywhere in the area. 2) Safe & Save. Due to COVID-19 we are waiving most guest's cleaning fees. This way we can confidently give you a spotless and sanitized ride. 3) Convenience. True contactless pickup comes standard. Tesla technology allows you to just get in, enter a pin and pull off. If needed, we are still available for a walkthrough. 4) Dedicated. We love extended trips and offer the best discounts starting at 10% for 3+ day trips, 15% for 7+ day trips, and 30% for 30+ day trips! Meet Shadow - our Tesla Model S Shadow was built for Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater sightseeing with panoramic sun roof, large windows, and plenty of legroom throughout. Oh, and you will be seen as well. A real head-turner, people love to stop and ask about your ride! Go ahead and own it while you have it, we won't tell! FAST. Like 0-60 in less than 4 seconds fast. Perfect for cruising i4 East to Orlando's attractions or effortlessly passing slower drivers down the i75 South to Miami. Yes, it has the famous Enhanced Autopilot which will keep you safely cruising to your destination and we love it during rush hour, no more manual stop and go! CLEAN. We detail clean Shadow after each driver to preserve it's shiny exterior and soft interior. BETTER. The cabin is so peacefully quite until the speakers turn the car in to a concert. Tesla is also an economical option, with electricity being cheaper than old, smelly gas. Dozens of hotels offer Tesla Destination chargers for free or if you prefer a faster option, Superchargers are located throughout Florida. Did you know?: Shadow can use your phone's hotspot for Wi-Fi and allow you to watch Netflix and YouTube on the HUGE Tesla screen while parked? Without Wi-Fi you can still play dozens of games and play around with the Tesla Toybox. What are you waiting for? The car to drive to you*!? Reserve yours today & arrive in the future! *Elon Musk said this feature is Coming Soon. :)

Faqs

  • How do I charge an electric car?

Filling up a battery is more safe (and clean) than a normal car. Remember the "lightning bolt". 1. The lightning bolt on the bottom-right of the GPS screen will pull up all chargers around you - we recommend Superchargers since they are the fastest and most economical. 2. You will often have to back-in to an Electric vehicle (E/V) parking spot. 3. Press the lightning bolt on the top left of the screen and select Open Charge port. 4. Grab the charger from the station and plug it in to the charge port on the driver rear side, this will lock the charger in place. 5. From inside you can monitor charging, stop charging and unlock the charger all from the top left Lightning bolt screen. Note: If you are using a Chargepoint or other 3rd party charging station you will need to setup their app and use an adapter - this is located in the glove-box. Be sure to remove the adapter and place it back in the glovebox to avoid a replacement fee.

  • How long does a battery last, how long does it take to recharge?

Tesla has a maximum range of 230 miles based on a full battery and optimal driving. The average driver spends about 20-30 minutes at a Supercharger to get about 140 miles of charge. Note: Like a cellphone, a Tesla charges fastest when it is emptier. As the battery fills, the charge slows down automatically.

  • Can I request a full battery at pickup?

For longer reservations and mileage, we can accommodate a full battery. Note: Most trips do not require a full battery.

  • Can I log in to my Spotify/Netflix/YouTube?

Of course! Make it yours while you have it. Remember to hookup to Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot.

  • How does Autopilot work?

Tesla Autopilot is surreal, you have to experience it to believe it. The cruise control stalk is on the left of the steering wheel. Pull on the cruise control stalk twice and Autopilot will engage. This will keep you in your clearly marked lane, maintain your speed, slow and stop for traffic. You can intervene at anytime, just turn the wheel or brake and Autopilot will disengage. Note: Tesla recommends only enabling on highways and remaining alert to changing road conditions. You will need to apply a slight, continuous resistance on the steering wheel for this reason. The car will warn you if doesn't feel you are alert and after three alerts, will disable autopilot for the remainder of the trip. To reset, pull over, park and then resume.

  • How does Traffic Aware Cruise control work?

For driver who want to cruise and remain in control of steering, the intelligent Cruise Control on Tesla is for you. The cruise control stalk is on the left of the steering wheel. Pull on the cruise control stalk once and Traffic Aware Cruise Control will engage. This will maintain your speed, slow and stop for traffic. You can intervene at anytime, just pull the stalk or brake and Cruise Control will disengage. Note: You can adjust the distance you want to keep from the car in front of you by twisting the tiny stalk below the Cruise Control.
