The host was great and very responsive! She helped me navigate picking up the car and was able to accommodate some of my requests on pick up location. The car had a few bumps and bruises and low tire pressure in two of the wheels, but she informed me of them beforehand and provided a tire pump. I would rent from her again!

Morganne is an awesome host, and this is an awesome car! We had one issue.
Before renting the car I asked Morganne to please include the Tesla Mobile Connector, so we can charge at our destination. This was a prerequisite for me, as my destination and planned routes were not near any superchargers. We were assured it would be included.
It was not.
Morganne said they didn't include it, because the connector broke. They left it connected to the car for 3 days before my trip, and it never turned green. My disappointment isn't so much that it was broken, it's that this wasn't communicated to me. It was not a good surprise to arrive at my destination late at night, only to find I had no way to charge.
This proved to be a great inconvenience, which would've been avoided (I had a backup plan) had the communication been there.
That said, Morganne tried her best to resolve the situation, and didn't charge me for any of the supercharger costs.
I would book with her again.
