Cruise control and drive assistance Probably the most fun car I have driven and I recommend to everyone, give it a try. I do not recommend it for long trips. NO TRIPS OUTSIDE FLORIDA. Be aware: Tolls will be billed separately and has a SunPass sticker for your convenience. This is a NON SMOKING Vehicle - Turo will charge a $150 fee per incident. Tesla app offered at no extra charge. If you want to use the app to manage the car, I will send you a link to my Tesla app account. If you don't have Tesla account, download the tesla app and follow the the instructions. Don’t worry if you are not familiar with a Tesla, I can easily show you everything you need to know within just a few minutes. Parking details

Don’t get lost within the airport, trying to get to the lots approved for Turo by MCO. Take our shuttle to our location 2-3 mins from the airport. If other location is needed, please reach out to discuss further. If you are local in Orlando, the Yukon is at Trust Airport Parking.


Guidelines

Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: If you need roadside assistance, please call [Number redacted for privacy and security] and choose the option for roadside assistance. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is [Number redacted for privacy and security]. Please message us a few pictures that clearly show the damage to (insert #) and report the accident to Turo using: https://turo.com/resolutions The allowed miles for your trip are listed on Turo. The “Total miles included” on Turo is the limit for your entire trip. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please return the car with the same amount of charge as when you pick up the car. If you do not return the car with the same amount of charge, you will be charged the cost of the charge according the level. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. The car has a carwash tag that you can use at any Mister or TopDog carwash place. If you pick up the car clean but return the car dirty, you will be charged at least a $30 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be much higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. You do not need to get a car wash if you prepay for the post-trip cleaning “Extra.” However, there will still be a fee if there is a scent of any type of smoke even if you already prepaid for the post-trip cleaning “extra.” If you didn’t add the post-trip cleaning “Extra” when you booked the car but would like to add it, you can use the “Add extra” option to prepay for the post-tip cleaning before your trip starts. The car needs to be returned by the scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo. If you think you will not be able to return the car by your scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, please use the “Change trip” and “Change trip length” options to extend your trip before it officially ends. If the car is not returned by the scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, you will be charged an additional usage fee, a late fee, and an improper return fee. If you get a parking ticket, please pay the ticket right away. If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: the cost of the ticket, all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, and a $30 processing fee per ticket. The car is equipped with a toll pass. You will be invoice in a couple of weeks on Turo: If the vehicle is towed to an impound lot, it is your responsibility to retrieve the vehicle immediately. It is your responsibility to pay for all fees associated with the ticket, tow, and storage. Please contact Turo, [Number redacted for privacy and security], to get a copy of the rental contract and receive instructions on how to retrieve the vehicle. Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don't drive the car out of the United States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Pets are not allowed in the car. Please remove all of your belongings and all trash before returning the car - including any parking permits, garage clickers, and keys on the keychain. You won’t be able to retrieve anything from the car once you return it. The only person that can pickup the car is you, the primary driver. We cannot release the car to anyone other than the primary driver.   • Supercharge Stations

    You can charge the car at any supercharge stations, I will bill you through Turo once your trip is complete or use the prepaid option. . Usually the charging fees at any supercharge stations ranges from $10-$20 per charge. Usually hotels or hospitals have destination charging stations (NOT SUPERCHARGE STATIONS), those stations are complementary to the guests, just slower in charging the car.

  • Tesla App

    No problem, access to the Tesla app is complementary. I will send you a link for you to connect.

  • Pickup and return instructions

    If flying into Orlando (MCO), the guest is responsable for the parking fee at pickup and I will be responsable upon return. Please grab a parking ticket upon return, NO SunPass lane, it could take a while to leave the parking due to the line (slow process)

Car wreaked of marijuana to the point that I had to fumigate it before putting my children in the vehicle. Having a new Model Y Performance, I am aware of the possibility of battery degradation. This car’s battery drains so fast that I had to repeatedly supercharge it and was fully responsible for the charges. By the time I got to the airport the battery was low and was charged $50.00. Next time I will rent a newer vehicle that doesn’t require constant charging.

Matthew, thank you for your feedback. Will do better to prepare a car after a booking. The smell came from the previous guest that we are addressing. On the battery, I will ck the health of the battery and per our texts, I instructed to let it charging at the airport at no charge on the third level. Half of the third level parking spot has charging stations at no charge. Next time always call the host if in doubt no matter the time. You are always our priority.
