I hope you have a great trip and enjoy the ride! 💥Rent from me with confidence.💥 ~ I don’t cancel trips. ~ You can contact me for any reason day or night. ~ I detail the vehicle between every trip. ~ My vehicles are fully serviced at the dealership. SUNPASS SERVICE How do Tolls work? There is a toll transponder on the car. Use it by simple taking a FL toll road and take the SunPass/EZ-Pass lanes. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit airport parking lots without tickets. Simply take the on tolls roads. You will get a discount from the posted rates and save time especially during peak times. Do NOT bring your own mobile Toll transponder/pay coins/cash as you will be double-charged. You can use SUNPASS during your entire trip. The amounts will be charged later by requesting a reimbursement through TURO. RUNNING EARLY/LATE? If you would like to pick up your car early and it is available simply request an earlier pickup time in the app. If you are running late on your return please ensure that you request an extension in the app. Turo requires an active rental to ensure your insurance is valid. Keeping the vehicle outside of an active rental may result in a penalty charge being applied as well as personal liability for any damage to the vehicle. Please, car needs to be returned clean and without any trash. If the car is returned dirty, You will have to pay for cleaning. Please, no smoking in the car. You will have to pay for hefty cleaning fee. It is the Guest's responsibility in case of loss of the key. Client will have to pay for lost keys. PICK UP FROM LOCALS AIRPORTS (8AM-10PM) Deliveries at Sanford (SFB), Orlando (MCO), and Tampa (TPA) Int'l Airports will be made upon arrival at curb outside baggage claim (Arrivals Level) as soon as you get your luggage. Typiclaay 20-30min after your plance lands.After you pick up your luggage, call me or text me the Door number. DROP OFF AT LOCALS AIRPORTS (8AM-8PM) Drop offs will be made in person at the departures lever by your airline check in counters. PICK UP/DROP OFF AT THE AIRPORT (10PM-8AM) If your flight is to arrive or leave between the hours of 10Pm and 8AM, the car will be left in the parking lot of the airport (garage parking). You will be resonsible for parking fees. ORLANDO INT'L AIRPORT (MCO): 19$ PARKING SANFORD INT'L AIRPORT (SFB): 17$ PARKING TAMPA INT'L AIRPORT (TPA): $19 PARKING In this mode of pick up / drop off, the customer will have to pay the parking by reimbursement to be requested through TURO. There is a toll transponder on the car. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit airport parking lots without tickets. When I leave the car for you, I will send you a text message with the exact location of the car and where the key will be (Terminal, Level, and Row). Ali was nice and on time which we appreciated. But the car was not. First of all, I booked a 2019 black Nissan Versa. What I received was a 2018 versa which smelled strongly of smoke. The air in the car only worked on high so it was either blasting us or nothing. The air pressure sensor showed low air pressure. And then he charged us a $25 cleaning fee saying that it was unreasonably unclean which is completely false. Yes there were some crumbs in the back seat. But that’s normal for any vehicle. I didn’t know to take a picture of the car interior since we dropped it off when it was dark. So i was unable to have any proof to dispute. I feel like he took advantage of that as well.

Great clean economical car. This is a base model with manual windows and locks but no biggy. Definitely would rent again when back in the area. Fun little car. Great response time with communication.
