The car was very well kept and clean. The host was also very helpful during the beginning of my trip. However, the day before my return I communicated with the host an early drop off of the vehicle. I did not give a time nor was I asked for a time the host simply said "ok". Nonetheless, the vehicle was dropped off 4 hours before it's original time. Which I then sent a change trip request because I had already communicated this with the host I figured there should be no issues. The early drop off should've resulted in a refund of $58 and change. During my entire trip the host was very responsive until this point. She never acknowledged the request nor did she bother to send a message to state it had to be within a certain amount of time to accept the request. Bare in mind the host was already informed the previous day of the early drop off. Overall, the service was fine up to this point. Considering I had hopes on booking with the host in the future.
