Guidelines
- Car will always be picked up with a full or near full tank of gas. Please return the car at or above the indicated level when you start your trip . If by any chance you are unable to return the car with a full tank of gas, I will request a reimbursement on TURO at the end of the trip , This fee will include the cost of the gas and a $ 10.00 refueling fee . // TOLL // The Car is equipped with a toll transponder. Approximately two weeks after the end of trip I will request reimbursement for toll usage through Turo. // CLEANLINESS // Car will be delivered with a clean interior and exterior, please return it in the same condition. Absolutely NO smoking. This will incur a mandatory $200 cleaning fee. Please no pets. -Return the vehicle clean inside and outside or select the extras option for post-trip cleaning. -Sand is very difficult to remove from our cars and requires additional time to vacuum and wipe down. Therefore, if the car is returned with sand there will be an additional cleaning fee of $35.
