Guest will be responsible for ALL charges for unapproved drop off locations and agrees to reimburse host for charges incurred. 🛬 AIRPORT PICKUP: Vehicle will be delivered to the a specified location on the airport’s premises. Curbside pick up or drop off is not allowed per Orlando international rules. Guest will be responsible for up to $24 for vehicle pickup at the airport’s parking lot when picked up on time. Guest agrees to pay all fees if car is picked up late. 🧾AIRPORT PARKING RECIEPT: Airport parking will provide you with a parking receipt. Please follow the steps to check in and check-out: when retrieving car parking pass will be found in the arm rest. Place new parking pass in arm rest at check out. 🚭ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! **No smoking policy strictly enforced. Smoking of any kind is not allowed. This includes vaping OR drugs. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine and guest will be responsible for all damages to vehicle/or suspension from the platform may occur** ⛽️GAS: Vehicle must be refueled to the same level as you were provided with. Guest agrees to pay convenience fee and the difference of cost to refuel the vehicle. Vehicle must be refueled with premium 91 type octane gasoline or above. Any violations will incur fees in which the guest agrees to pay. Kindly leave gas receipts in glove compartment. 🧼CLEANING: All of our vehicles are delivered cleaned and optimum condition, that means immaculate clean in and out. We expect to receive the car back with some regular dirt due to dust, rain or just dirt from normal driving conditions. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the car is returned excessively dirty meaning stains, excessive dust, mud, spilled drinks, food, sand, smoke odor & products (smoking policy strictly enforced). Cleaning fee is $150. Guest agrees to pay for ALL damages incurred from negligence. If for some reason you smoke in the vehicle which is totally prohibited 🚫 the smoking fee will be $250 plus any damages. 🚨TOLLS: Vehicle is equipped with E-pass so you can go through E-pass and Sunpass lanes for added convenience. If tolls are incurred you will be billed through Turo after completion of your trip. Guest agrees to pay toll fee to host within 24 hours after billing is sent. 🚨TICKETS Guest will be responsible for paying all tickets, fines and fees incurred. In addition, host will charge a $25 processing fee for each ticket incurred. ⏰️PICKUP TIME: If you would like to change the duration of your trip, we will try our best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. Guest agrees to contact host at least 24 hours prior to arrival for request approval. Guest is fully responsible for tardiness and Host is not held responsible for results of request. NO unapproved trip change times are allowed. Once trip has started, trip cannot be canceled. ✅ Last minute booking is subject to prior approval and availability. 🐶NO ANIMALS: We are animal lovers but not when it comes to our cars, so please keep your furry friends at home.
