Guidelines
TOLL PASS: Our vehicles are equipped for electronic toll collection. All toll charges will be added to your trip total and billed after your rental ends. FUEL REQUIREMENT: All vehicles must be filled with Premium 93 octane gasoline only. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was delivered with. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missing fuel plus a $10 Turo convenience fee. WHEELS: We understand accidents happen, but please be mindful of curbs when parking or driving. Any curb rash or wheel damage that occurs during your trip will require a $150 reimbursement per affected wheel. SMOKING & VAPING: We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape in any of our vehicles. If any smoke or strong odor is detected upon return, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied in accordance with Turo’s smoke/odor removal policy. RACING & BURNOUTS PROHIBITED: Burnouts, racing, or any aggressive driving behavior are strictly prohibited. Tire tread depth and condition will be documented before and after each rental. Excessive wear or damage may result in additional charges.

Arrived at MCO, grabbed our luggage and victor dropped the car off to us right at the terminal. Car was spotless!! I had very high hopes for this car and Victor met every one and then some. Answered any questions we had in minutes and couldnt have made the drop off exchange any easier. Will definitely look at renting a car from Victor in the very near future.
