Please absolutely NO smoking! 🚭 These are my personal vehicles, please respect and care for them as your own. Please add Pre-Paid Fuel and Post-Trip Cleaning to your trip under “EXTRAS.” Sometimes we run late and don't have time to fill up or clean the vehicle upon returning. ❗️ Vehicle must be returned to the correct address upon the end of your trip, as listed in your trip “Details.” If vehicle is returned anywhere else, you are solely responsible (and vehicle will be retrieved at your expense, if necessary). ❗️Read the FAQs for additional guidelines and common questions.

Faqs

  • Do I need to wash the car before returning? What happens if I don’t?

    Yes, all vehicles must be returned washed, vacuum and free of any pet hair, spills, and/or stains. If vehicle is returned dirty you will get billed for a vehicle detail provided by ImageTech Detailing. You can choose to pay and upfront fee under “Extras” and you won’t have to worry about wash and vacuum. Spills, pet hair, smoking and other stains are NOT included.

  • Do I need to fill up the gas tank? And what gas should I use?

    Yes, gas needs to be filled up the same way you receive it. Failure to return the car at a full tank will incur a $10 dollar refueling fee plus the cost of gas. This is a fuel efficient vehicle so regular unleaded gas (87octane) will do the job.

  • Tolls; Can I use the EPass and how will it be charged?

    Vehicle is equipped with an E pass to eliminate the hassle of searching for coins. If you are using tolls, DO NOT pay in cash, go through the Express lane. Any tolls accumulated within your rental period will be billed to you via “Trip Incidentals” on the Turo app. Transponder # 0370382005105

  • Can I smoke inside the car?

    Absolutely NOT. Please NO SMOKING in the vehicle. If it smells like smoke we have to perform an Ozone treatment that will be performed by ImageTech Detailing and you will get billed via Turo so please DO NOT smoke inside the car!!!

  • Are there any charges for returning a vehicle late?

    Yes. Late charge fees start at $50.00 an hour after your trip ending time.

Yes yes YES! Say goodbye to big box corporate transactions where you're just a number and hello to the personal attention you deserve! Christopher is EXCELLENT! His timely responses helped calm my nerves about the many nuances of my trip. He made airport pickup a breeze and included a phone holder mount per my request so I could navigate safely. The car was clean and comfortable. He also allowed me to change my drop off location which was easier for both of us and helped me navigate the app since this was my first time. I had a wonderful experience that I will be telling everyone about!! I also feel like this is yet another way to support local businesses and entrepreneurs. Thanks Christopher and Turo!!

Nice car. Easy to drive. Washed the day before I returned it. Filled with gas at almost the last possible moment. Remote parking lot pickup via shuttle bus, found as per host instructions, exactly out the door of baggage claim. Chris was cordial and helpful. I returned it as per our prior agreement, with 30 minutes to spare. I could not complete the check in process with the app, due to an app issue, outside of both of our control. Chris said he would handle whatever I couldn’t. We never needed to talk on the phone. I’d give Chris and the car an A+. Oh, zero problem but the clock was an hour off and I could not Reset it. But I looked at it, subtracted one hour and life was good. LOL

Christopher is a superstar host! Professional, friendly, responsive, accommodating, clear communication. I realized I booked for the wrong start date somehow and asked for a last minute adjustment to get the car earlier than he had planned for. Despite a family emergency he was attending to, he made it happen and delivered the car to me very late at night so I would have it for my travel needs the next morning. He kept me very well informed along the way, I couldn't be more appreciative of his extra effort. If you need a vehicle and one of his is available, you can be assured you will have a good experience.
