Very nice ride

The car did smell a bit like cigarettes, there were a few burns in the seat so I’m sure a renter probably smoked or something. But car drove well and the Host was nice

The car had a very strong and unpleasant cigarette smell. It was disappointing that a car in such condition was even rented out. I had rented it for a longer period and, due to the Easter holiday, I didn’t have the flexibility to return it and get a replacement — otherwise, I would have. The interior seats were dirty and poorly maintained. The Apple CarPlay kept disconnecting, and I had to stop multiple times to fix it during my trip. Also, important pickup information that was supposed to be sent before pickup arrived almost two hours late. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
