What can I do if I am running late to return the vehicle?
Please be on time. If you are not going to be able to return the vehicle on time, go back to your reservation and request an extension to prevent any late return fees. If the option is not available, please contact us as soon as possible to help you.
Do I need to wash the car upon return?
When returning, the car must be as clean as it was given to you. The car wash on this vehicle has to be done by hand to prevent damages to the top. If you don't want to deal with the cleaning, please go to our extras section to purchase a post trip car wash and make your return easier.
Will the car be disinfected?
Yes, the car will be disinterested as per Turo's guidelines.
Do I need to refuel the car?
Yes, please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was given to you with. Also you can purchase our refueling extra and return the vehicle at any level. This will make your return easier.

DEFINITELY WORTH IT- Outstanding customer service

Picked up the car in the airport parking lot, Vincent remotely unlocked it. Vincent sent me a message within 1 hr of pickup that the gas tank was nearly empty and that the check engine light and tire pressure lights were on, all of which were true. He claimed it was because he just replaced the rear tires and the oxygen sensor. Vincent said he would reimburse me for the $70 in gas but hasn't reimbursed me yet. Normally this is a fun model of Jaguar, but this one has 60K miles and isn't in good condition.. suspension and steering drives loose, interior is warn, and the car rides like it has been driven pretty hard. I wouldn't rent this car again, and I wouldn't rent from Vincent again either because of my experience... even though this is a rental car, I still expect the vehicle to be in good condition.
