Really enjoy the car. It was a great ride for the Florida keys. LOL, it was almost too hot for the comfortable but we pushed through! Really smooth drive and better on gas than I expected

The car was great and other than a couple of e-mails with him I needed to talk to him. The Turo app said I wasn’t connected when I really needed it , but all of my other apps were working fine. I spent over an hour driving around the airport looking for the Sunpass lot. Not even workers at the airport knew of such a lot! I will never book with Turo again, let alone the host. Communication about anything was communicated only one day before and after my trip. Had I had more time, since I was not familiar with this airport, maybe I wouldn’t have had hours of stress in finding the car on pick-up and return.

I am very sorry about your negative rating, but as I explained to you by message the Turo car delivery policies that we have to follow, I sent the entire explanation of how to get to the parking lot on the 14th and you picked up the car on the 21st, not the day before delivery as it is in the conversation history.
Did a lot of harm to your qualification.
