Pickup location was good. Although, If you’re not a local it was a bit challenging to find. The cleanliness of the car was great but the quality of the car was POOR! If I could give it 0 stars I would! My lack of knowledge about car noises and transmission/engine problems caused me to be in a terrible situation which led to me have an anxiety attack! The moment I turned the car on, i had a bad feeling about it. I should have listened to my gut and not drove this vehicle!!! I was on the interstate going 70 mph when it did a big jerk then all type of lights and a ‘transmission service now’ message came on!! I had to pray for 4 miles to safely get to a gas station.

My first time with turo since I needed a car as an emergency since my car needed fixing, and boy, I'm glad I found this car. Everything was well explained about the gas, miles, accomodations and how much it would cost for delivery(which is super cheap in my opinion) which I needed this time. Delivery was on point, car super clean, full gas, and such a smooth car to drive and cheap to fuel. Check in and check out was easy, no issues and Communication was a 10/10 as well. Recommend and will book again, I will not waste time looking for anything else.
