Smoking Fee: There is a $250 smoking fee if smoking occurs in the car. Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and odor-free environment for all customers. EZPass: The cars have an EZPass attached, which allows for convenient toll payments. Any toll charges incurred during the rental period will be billed to you by Turo approximately a week after the rental period ends. Real-Time Tracking: The cars are equipped with real-time tracking systems that monitor excessive speeding or abusive driving. It is important to drive responsibly and within the legal speed limits. Any instances of excessive speeding or abusive driving may result in additional charges or penalties. Fuel Level: The car should be returned with the same fuel level it had at the start of the rental period. If the fuel level is lower, the renter will be billed for the cost of the fuel plus a $10 convenience fee. Cleanliness: The car should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or spills may result in additional cleaning charges. It is recommended to avoid eating messy foods or transporting items that may cause significant dirt or stains

Can I wash the car if I dirty it?
Only if it is done at a hand wash. Receipt must be given at trip end for proof. If not, please do not wash as regular machine wash will scratch the paint.

This is supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life. And this is one of my worst trips. The car was beautiful but it was lacking some small maintenance. The host was unprofessional and unreliable. Turo was messed up to charge another full day for being late by 2 hours. The host even agreed that it shouldn't be that price, but besides agreeing with me, there was nothing that was done, and turo left it up to the host to charge a full day of rental.
