Guidelines
**No smoking policy strictly enforced. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine and/or suspension from the platform** CLEANING: All of our vehicles are delivered in showroom condition, that means immaculate clean in and out. We expect to receive the car back with some regular dirt due to dust, rain or just dirt from normal driving conditions. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the car is returned excessively dirty meaning stains, excessive dust, mud, spilled drinks, smoke odor (smoking policy strictly enforced). Cleaning fees ranges from $30-$50 most of the time. If for some reason you smoke in the vehicle which is totally prohibited cleaning cost could be up to $250. TOLLS: vehicle is equipped with E-pass so you can go through E-pass and Sunpass lanes for added convenience. If tolls are incurred you will be billed through Turo several weeks after completion of your trip. GAS: Only refuel with premium gas 91 or higher octane level. Kindly leave gas receipts in glove compartment.

Renting from Kaitlyn was such a great experience! Our Camero was in great condition and everything was as described. It was our first time using Turo, and we will definitely be using them again instead of the commercial rental places!
