🙏Please read FAQs for custom pick up and drop off options🙏 If you come pick up at our address there will be no delivery fee! (Uber from MCO to our address is only $25-$35 depending on the hours) Vehicle is thoroughly cleaned BEFORE and AFTER each trip! ✨We speak English, Spanish, and Vietnamese for your convenience. ✨Ambos hablamos español para su propia conveniencia. ***Our BMW is ready to be picked up at home location at any time.*** ✈️ We offer delivery to MCO at your terminal parking garage. There will be an airport parking fee of $8-$24 which you will pay the fee when you pick it up and we will pay the fee when you drop it off. The car will be there when you arrive and the keys will be in the lockbox. We will send you the combination to open it and you can enjoy your trip with no time wasted. When you return, just put the key back into the lockbox, hang it on the window outside the car, and you can be on your way. ***Our BMW is equipped with E-Pass transponder. You can use the E-Pass lane without stopping. Any tolls incurred during your trip will be invoiced by Turo 2-4 weeks after return.*** ⛽️ You will receive the car at full tank when you pick it up. The car must be returned with a full gas tank or you may choose the option for Prepaid Refuel and not worry about it when you drop off the car. The BMW uses premium fuel. 🌟 We keep our vehicle in pristine condition for the convenience and comfort of our guests. You are expected to return the car in the same condition as received, otherwise there will be additional charges. If you have no time to clean and vacuum the car, you can select the extra “One-way trip $20” and you can drop off the car without worrying about it or the post-trip cleaning charge. ❗️For any lingering smell of tobacco, marijuana, or vaping, we will charge $250 fee. ❗️All service animals and pets are allowed. We would really appreciate it if you could return the car as received, if not there would be addition charge for any pet hair. ❗️Any spills, excessive dirt, mud, or sand upon returning will be assessed by Turo for a cleaning charge. The car is strictly for rental purposes so rest assured that there is no personal use in-between reservations. We do our best to accommodate you with the time and location of pick up and drop off. All we ask for is to let us know if you have any changes in your pick up/return times and/or location so we can plan accordingly in case there is another reservation right after. 💌 Reach out to us any time! If you choose to rent any carseat/booster seat, please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for proper installation of the seats. 🚙🚗 If you would like to leave your private car when you pick up any of our vehicles, you can park in any outdoors parking spaces at our apartment complex for free, if you would like to leave your private car in our garage, there will be a one-time fee of $25.
