The car was very clean and drove great. Pick up was direct and easy.
When it came to drop off, I had a few questions regarding the complimentary car wash and how to exactly go about it so I wouldn’t have an issue upon arriving at the wash. This wasn’t my first, nor second time asking about it either because I wanted the car to be clean and ready before drop off but had never gotten a response.
When the host messaged me back, I was met with the most rude, aggressive, unprofessional and disgusting attitude. They responded with snarky remarks, “LOL’s” and telling me to “Relax and calm down as I’m getting to excited”
Before calling my phone, repeatedly, over and over again.
All I asked was where the barcode for the car wash was located on the vehicle. I never once was rude nor disrespectful and to be met with such an awful response, left such a nasty taste in my mouth. I will NEVER be booking with this host again, I was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and so taken back to the point that I was even nervous to drop off the car by myself, so I had a friend meet me. This is such a shame and I hope whoever works for this company is further looked into.
