Parking details
Vehicle will be parked in lot 6 (most cost efficient lot) within twenty four hours prior to your pickup time. It may cost you up to $18 to exit the parking lot. We will do our best to park the vehicle as close to your pick up time as possible to save you money. We will send you a message to notify you exactly what lot and section of the lot the vehicle is parked. (The lot and sections of the lot are clearly marked) Once you locate the vehicle, please take selfie with you in front of vehicle. At that time we will provide you with code to lockbox. RETURNING THE VEHICLE please park the vehicle in lot 6 unless otherwise instructed (NOT PREMIUM). Reinstall the window lockbox, exit the vehicle, lock the vehicle and open the lockbox with the code given to you at pickup and place the key back in the lockbox and close the lockbox back. IF YOU’RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE LOCKBOX, PLEASE CONTACT US, WE CAN ASSIST.

Mattie was very accommodating and communicated very well on the pickup and dropoff instructions. The car took where we needed to go. With gas prices the way they are, especially in California, this card made the trip less worrisome about having to pay arm and a leg for gas. We need to realize we should be grateful to be able to drive to where we need to. Yeah the car has been used, but it’s been used and aged with great care by the owner. I’d rent again from the host.
