If you use a toll road, you are responsible for paying the fee. Furry Friends Stay Home: While we adore animals, transporting them in the car isn't allowed. Time is Money: Punctuality is key! Please arrive on time for both pickup and drop-off. Hassle-Free Returns: Upon returning the car, simply leave the keyless remote inside and let us know you've arrived at the designated location. • How do I receive the keyless remote?

  Thanks to Hyundai’s Bluelink System, I am able to unlock the vehicle remotely. Once you arrive to the vehicle, I will inform you of the key fob’s location inside the vehicle.

• Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  Our aim is to be as convenient as possible, so you are NOT required to clean or detail the vehicle upon return. We do ask that you return the vehicle in the same manner you received it. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or smelling of smoke, a cleaning charge will be applied.

• Are you flexible with Drop off and Pick-up locations?

  We are as long as you selected the option when booking your trip! We will do our best to help you, if we can. Some guests request hotels, home rentals, etc. for drop offs and pick ups. The area requested will have to be safe and secure.

• Are pets allowed in the vehicle.

  We ask that you do not bring your furry friend along. We want to take any safety measures to ensure all guests are not concerned with pet allergies while renting with us. Thank you for understanding!
