Please notify us of your arrival to receive the code for the gate entrance. Please park the vehicle in any space that is uncovered, but DO NOT park in a “FUTURE RESIDENT” assigned space. If the vehicle is towed because of this, the charge will be applied to your account. If you have any questions or concerns about the parking guidelines, please contact us immediately for assistance.

🚫 Absolutely NO smoking or drug use is permitted in the vehicle. 🚫 Do not operate the vehicle if you have been drinking. 🚫 Do not use DRIVE-THRU car washes. This will damage the paint of the vehicle. There is no need to wash the vehicle, but please ensure the interior is clean and returned in the same manner you received the vehicle. 🎟️ The vehicle does NOT have a TOLL PASS, if you use a toll road, you are responsible for paying the fee. 👃Please NO personal air fresheners for the vehicle. We know, weird request, but we've had renters smoke and try to cover their tracks 🐶 Although we love animals, we ask that you do not bring them along on your trip. ⏱ Please be ON TIME for your scheduled pickup/return. 💡Please remember to leave the keyless remote in the vehicle and notify us that the vehicle is returned at the predetermined location.

• How do I receive the keyless remote?

  Thanks to Hyundai’s Bluelink System, I am able to unlock the vehicle remotely. Once you arrive to the vehicle, I will inform you of the key fob’s location inside the vehicle.

• Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  Our aim is to be as convenient as possible, so you are NOT required to clean or detail the vehicle upon return. We do ask that you return the vehicle in the same manner you received it. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or smelling of smoke, a cleaning charge will be applied.

• Are you flexible with Drop off and Pick-up locations?

  We are as long as you selected the option when booking your trip! We will do our best to help you, if we can. Some guests request hotels, home rentals, etc. for drop offs and pick ups. The area requested will have to be safe and secure.

• Are pets allowed in the vehicle.

  We ask that you do not bring your furry friend along. We want to take any safety measures to ensure all guests are not concerned with pet allergies while renting with us. Thank you for understanding!

• How does meeting at the Airport or Airport Parking work?

  No stress needed! Send us your flight info when available, this way we can anticipate any updates or changes to keep you on schedule. We leave the car parked and ready for you upon arrival. You are responsible for PARKING FEES if you chose to pickup/return the vehicle at the airport. We are flexible in meeting you near or around the location as well. Following the return, we pick up the vehicle at different times depending on our schedule. Mosts lots and structures charge you for the full day after 2-3 hours. GUESTS WILL NOT PAY more than 24hrs of parking, unless a change is made to their reservation and the time extends.
