After hour and Saturday and Sunday guest pick up: If guest is picking up vehicle after hour or weekend at location. Please provide a copy of your drivers license front and back as well as a photo of you holding the license up to your face then upload these photos to the Turo app under "add photos" Guest picking up vehicle must be same as guest profile that booked vehicle for rental. Guest using vehicle deliver option If using deliver option, guest must have driver license prepared upon deliver. Guest receiving vehicle must be same as guest profile that booked vehicle for rental⬛ Fuel: 🟩Vehicle will be provided with full tank of fuel and must be returned full fuel. Prepaid fuel option available on this vehicle. (See prepaid fuel option on booking menu)🟩 Tolls: 🟦Vehicle will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. If guest doesn't pay for each toll location driven through we will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app🟦 Cleaning vehicle: 🟪You aren’t expected to clean the vehicle before returning it to your host. That said, if you return the car in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, your host can report the issue. Our customer support team will review the evidence — if it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150* plus a 3% processing fee*. Turo prohibits smoking in any vehicle listed on the platform — even if there’s a suggestion that the host or a previous guest may have done so. Hosts must provide guests with a smoke-free vehicle. Turo has a No smoking policy that permits hosts to report physical evidence of smoking. If there’s clear evidence that you or your passengers smoked in a car, we’ll charge a $150 smoking violation fee plus a 3% processing fee, and it may result in your account being closed by Turo.
