Ruby likes to travel safely, returned clean without smoke odors (No smoking please) or offensive odors, and free from fur (No pets please). Minor Cleaning - Save yourself time and physical labor when returning my car. I'll take care of the minor cleaning after you're done with your trip (does not cover stains, pet fur removal, or removal of smoke odors).

Guidelines
Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed! Smoke/offensive odors will be charged up to a $250 cleaning fee. Exterior and interior must be in clean condition. If not, a cleaning fee will be applied at the completion of the trip. You will be responsible to pay any tolls, traffic tickets, and any other citation/violation that occurred during your trip. Remote pick-up and returns: All bookings will be handled via remote handoff exchange. Details are explained here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990980-Check-in-and-checkout Summary of fees if the following occurs: 1) Smoke odors and/or offensive odors- Up to $250 for detailing the vehicle in order to remove the smell. 2) Pet hairs and/or pet odors - up to $150 3) If the vehicle is not returned clean - up to $35 (Wash/cleaning costs + Time to get this done) 4) If the gas tank is not returned at the original level - up to $30

First trip using Turo, at first I was nervous of the whole thing but decided to give it a try. Mr. Glen made my first trip such a breeze. Will do it again

Glenn was great but I wish he would’ve listed that this is a dual clutch transmission (DCT). I didn’t like how the car drive.

AHH-MAZING TRIP! Glen is great communication was the best he explained everything in detail pickup and drop off was easy, the car was nice cleaned and fueled up AC was super cold which was great. The best part was we needed a little more time with the car I contacted Glen he answered quickly and approved it great host. He made my first time using Turoa very pleasant experience Thanks!
