PLEASE READ This vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned and detailed inside and out. Please RETURN THE CAR IN SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT otherwise there will be a $25.00 minimum fee for cleaning. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the vehicle. There will be a $50 fee for smoke scent removal. A $150 for smoke scent removal and physical remnants of smoking (e.g. ash, cigarette butts). NO PETS allowed in the vehicle what-so-ever. Gas tank is to be returned full as received. Refueling will be requested as a reimbursement. For your convenience you can fill up your tank at our 24-hour 7-Eleven location. Florida tolls are NOT included in your rental. Renter is responsible for 100% of tolls incurred while using our vehicle. Please pay your tolls as you go. If toll document is received, we will request reimbursement via the TURO app. Renter is also responsible for any parking tickets, traffic violations, etc.

Car AC was not working. When I was returning car, owner asked me to pay for cash wash because car had some bird poop I refused to since I was not planning on returning car earlier. I only returned early because of the issue if not I would have washed it. Mind you car inside was completely clean. Instead of apologizing for giving me a car that AC did not work.
