Carl is always awesome (and so is his car), but I actually didn't end up using this reservation.

Carl was very easy to communicate with. As this was my first time using Turo, I had a few questions and hiccups getting everything figured out. He was very helpful and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I would highly recommend the Mini and working with Carl.
