Yes! I am aware of the damage and am in the process of getting it repaired.
Why isn't Apple CarPlay or Android Auto working despite my Bluetooth connection?
The maps and other useful information will be displayed on the screen only when you have your phone connected to the USB port. the two charger ports will not give you access to ACP or AA, you must use the charger ports.
