Excellent host. Very respectful of social distancing. Everything went smoothly. Ultra-clean car which is a blast to drive. Worked great for a birthday weekend trip with my wife!

The i3 was a fun. car to drive and Vitale was super responsive and helpful at every step in the process. I needed a car for a couple days while my car was in the shop and Vitale's i3 was available. The approval was instant and pick up was a breeze. The car itself was spotless, you can tell Vitale takes great care. I hadn't driven an all electric i3 before, but it was super easy to figure out and was surprised by how quiet the car rides. I would definitely book from Vitale again.

Vitalie was lovely. Kind. And Considerate. There was a minor incident of which he was completely understanding and comforting, and I am so glad that this car was available to me. We also extended our trip, twice, and Vitalie was a gem! One thing I will say is that if you are planning a long distance trip, make sure you do your research on CCS charging stations (fast charging) on your journey and make sure that you are okay with a longer journey. If you need to get somewhere long distance in a time crunch, I wouldn't necessarily use this electric vehicle, but as me and my partner were just enjoying the journey and slowly making our way to your destination, it was a lovely experience.
