My host was FIVE stars. Turo customer service was ZERO stars. After a dead battery, Turo sent service out. They never mentioned a $70 fee to me. They billed me after car was returned. When I explained, they said it was on me. Then they threatened to send me to a collection agency if I didn’t pay in 24hours! I have a AAA roadside assistance card. AAA’s service call would have been free. Turo’s communication was lacking and their service was poor. I would rent again from the host, but I will never do business with Turo again.
Awesome service from Kristiina! She showed up on time for delivery and pick up. Car was very clean even included some wet wipes. Car worked great. Good on fuel economy.
Ruby was very quick in her responses and in sharing information. She gave easy to follow instructions and made each step of the process very easy. The mustang was beautiful and it was fun to drive for the weekend. First time renting from Turo and very happy with the experience thanks to Ruby! Highly recommend renting Ruby’s mustang!

Michael was a great host and made pick up and return easy. It was a cool car to drive and fun to explore the Oakland/San Francisco area with. The car isn’t the latest version of the mustang, so it can seem a bit unintuitive, but you can figure out the gadgets with time. Overall great trip and loved driving with the top down!
