For some reason the host doesn't know how the user side of turo works: it's not for the person who rents the vehicle to service the vehicle that they paid a host for. The HOST should be sure that the tire pressure, oil change, cleanliness, and any other matters or maintenance pertaining to THEIR VEHICLES are all up to date. Enterprise and any other company agrees and wouldn't even allow their vehicles to leave the facility if an oil changeis needed, the car needs to be washed, or any other maintenance is required. People use turo to avoid the 300 dollar deposit. The oil change was extremely overdue, the tire sensor was on... and then back on before I dropped the vehicle off (which indicated a slow leak), the gas tank was at half, and when I had questions they weren't answered. The only reply I received was when I let the host know that turo has a faulty ID verification so the the host would have to clear it on their end, but anything else I enquired about was ignored or a copy/pasted message that had nothing to do with what I asked was sent to me. The car was great, but the host needs to be better. I have used turo many times and this was the only experience that ever I would rate 1 star.
