Hi Crystal, i apologize for the inconvenience you might have had, after i received the vehicle back i drove it right away a total of 50 miles and had no issues at all. Im not sure what occurred during your trip however i will be getting a professional 50 point inspection tomorrow to insure all is well.

I have been a turo host since 2021 and always strived to provide 5 ⭐️ service. Unfortunately the vehicle came back damaged from a previous trip and we were not able to receive the part in time to repair the issue. This was our first EVER canceled trip.
